Ruby $150.00

The Ruby package offers you two 1 hour face to face meetings prior to your event to help you with those decisions most important to you. These may include invitations, fashion, floristry, or reception venues. While the Ruby package doesn’t include attendance at the event, it does however include unlimited communication with your wedding planner by phone or email.

Sapphire $600.00

Without A Hitch’s Sapphire package caters to the busier bride, and acts as your very own Personal Assistant!

It is the complete Ruby package PLUS - Your expert coordinator will do all the hard work for you and present you with the industry’s best options. Your planner can step in to offer advice on all aspects of your wedding, do all the negotiations and make all the bookings for you. Allowing you to sit back and enjoy being engaged! While the Ruby package doesn’t include attendance at the event, it does however include unlimited communication with your wedding planner by phone or email.

Diamond $800.00

Our Diamond wedding planning service with unlimited liaison, has been especially designed for large, extravagant weddings or destination weddings (interstate or overseas) that require logistical preparation.

Without A Hitch! provides invaluable organisation and supervision at your wedding event – an authoritative presence to help you achieve a perfect day. Any issues that might arise are handled by your wedding planner, leaving you free to enjoy your celebrations as the bride and groom.

You’ll meet at least twice before the wedding to discuss the final itinerary, and perform a wedding rehearsal where required. Then you can simply entrust the schedule to your wedding planner who will man the show over a 8-hour period – ensuring suppliers follow your instructions, and diffusing any issues that might arise. You won’t have a care in the world, except to savour the most memorable day of your life. It includes:

  • Four (4) face-to-face meetings, to go over wedding details. Meetings may be held via chat, or phone if client prefers. (i.e. design & décor, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendor negotiations, etc.)
  • Ongoing consultation and advice (e.g. on wedding etiquette) as required
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Prepare a schedule of events and checklist
  • Assist with locating & contracting the perfect location
  • Assist with creating and the printing of the stationary , (i.e. "Save the Date" notes, invitations, "Welcome Letters", programs, menus)
  • Tracking R.S.V.P.’s and who will be attending
  • Assist with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding
  • Assist with selecting colour scheme, theme and style of the wedding
  • Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors (e.g. caterer, florist, photographer, printer, videographer, musicians, etc.)
  • Ceremony and Reception planning
  • Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates
  • Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
  • Instructing attendants about their duties
  • Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line
  • Wedding day coordination (up to 8 hours)
